    Sweet Protection Crusader flightsuit

    http://www.sweetprotection.com/#/sno...-flightsuit-m/
I saw this kind of stuff from Norrona first (I am not saying that they were the first, I just saw the Norrona's onepiece suit and then Sweet Protection's one). anyway, this year went for it and bought one. for powder and/or cold skiing, best spent money in recent years. here in Italy we had in the past couple of weeks quite severe temps (minus 20 celsius, the past sunday, at 1600 mts elevation, for example). the suit's one piece construction acts as a real barrier against foul weather (or super dry pow). keep in mind that it fits super baggy, I am 179 x 73 kg, got size L, my friends say i look like a rapper (I am not sure they intend that as a compliment), could get size m as well. not for shy people, people will look at you wondering what's the problem with you. looks aside (solid colors only, very understated styling, just very loose fitting), I really think one piece suits are super solid performers for when the temps fall down and where there is a ton of powder (or for when you want to impress your buddies).

it's really expensive and fortunately I found a way to pay much much less for it (no, did not steal the suit) but is money well spent if you are spending lot of time in the backcountry (slackcountry, that is). it allows you to wear one layer less.

Rasi, well, I got them through a friend working at the Italian distributor of Sweet Protection (Kayak, though, no snow stuff). they brought just one piece for me and I got a fantastic deal. I would probably buy in shop as well but it seems that there is no chance to get previous' year stuff at a good price. I wrote to the guys at SP to ask something and they told me that every single suite they produced had been sold. so these suits seem to be very rare but totally worth the search and the money (to me at least).

I feel just the same about my Salomon Conspiracy one-piece (this years, the green one). I'm 174cm/70kg and I got the smallest one, M (!), and it is still huge on me. But the bigger it is the better it looks... But I agree, a one-piece is great when it is really cold, and the temps up here in Scandinavia haven't really been friendly the last months... Many of my friends have been skiing in -30C and even colder. I've been stuck studying, but if I would have been out there, I know I would have been warm.

The Salomon one-piece is really good. It got a lot more pockets than Norröna and Sweet, and it costs a lot less!

It was discounted a few weeks after i´ve bought it.
