    Sup dudes,

I got my Avy I cert last year, but this is the first year I'll really be doing more than a couple days of BC skiing, mostly because I finally sprang for an A/T setup over the summer. Hoping to meet up with some mags this weekend to break it in?

Anybody willing to let me tag along this weekend (LCC parking lot meetup or something)? I've done a little BC with past mags (is Telephil still around?) but that was when I was much younger and much dumber and honestly was just following other people around. Promise I'm not a JONG (first sign of being a JONG, amirite?), though I haven't posted in a long time.

Yes? Saw some kid get jong'd, preceded and followed by pretty normal "hey we're going out if other mags want to meet up" stuff.

I'm not looking for a BC bestie or something, and I'm not a BC noob, I just wanted to hook up with some mags again because it's been a good experience in the past. If that's no longer cool or I'm supposed to take it to one of the 1,000,000 subforums that have been created since the time I used to post here regularly, I'm sorry 'cause I didn't mean to 'cunt up' your thread by making a post without any 'beta'.

edit: i think i really need to ski: this post makes me seem like a real dick, which i'm not. i promise

That does look nice. I have no idea where Pipeline is, but you guys are really luck out there. Cunting up thread stopped.
Low post count because I'm too busy working and then skiing, but not neccessarily in that order.

Will the so called Lake-Effect Snow by NOAA accumulate to anything more than an inch or so? Can anyone chime in on this. Will this cold air do anything other than allow the snow guns to be on?

    Cold air = hard nipples
What happened to the jerky pic? Was thinking maybe wow had a new spancer or maybe he was gonna do a Jack Links messing with Sasquach
video where they turn his dukes down from 16 to 1 before he drops in to the gnar.
    I dig this one though

What are you shooting with that takes those nice maco shots?
Thank god nobody bumped this thurs. to tell us a storms coming I'd be pissed.

Skied this, this evening. Not much to see other than about a dozen telemark skiers making parallel turns.

    And yes, that's my pole.

You shouldn't be up there anyway. It's dangerous.

Poor visibility for LCC dp'ing today:

Snow was sluffy on slopes above 35, but didnt find any other signs of instability: new cornices were soft, stomping on them didnt yield anything interesting, ECT's reaffirmed lack of new slab in the area we skied.
