Question Best shop to mount Dynafit bindings in Boulder?

Inspired by the Comprehensive recommended shop list and Neptune Mountaineering Sucks, [ame="http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=106144"]round 1[/ame] & [ame="http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105357"]round 2[/ame] and reports on Wildsnow and frequent posts like [ame="http://www.tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=152938"]this one[/ame]... where's the best shop in Boulder to get some Dynafit bindings mounted?

I know I could always drive into Golden to hit up Bent Gate, but I fear leaving stepping outside the Boulder Bubble for anything other than skiing or going to the airport Well, that and I'd much rather ride my bike to the shop to have them mounted.

I would go speak with Larry, at Larry's Bootfitter on Spruce, he might not be able do it (probably can) but he sells a large amount of AT boots, and will definitely point you in the right direction.

After that, I'd PM marshal and see what he thinks, you may need a trip to denver.
Do I detect a lot of anger flowing around this place? Kind of like a pubescent volatility, some angst, a lot of I'm-sixteen-and-angry-at-my-father syndrome?

    fuck that noise.

2nd on asking Larry. He can most likely do it (I've had him mount bindings before), and if not I'd imagine Sports Garage next door can do it.

Also, Boulder Ski Deals now mounts/sells Dynafit - ask for Wes, quality work.

If you are detail oriented and good with tools they are a pretty easy mount. A good way to understand the bindings and their adjustments. Plus you get to center the boot where you want and not argue with some shop employee, who slaps a jig down and punches a few holes. I know I do not trust the "pros" at our local mountaineering shops where I live, but the local alpine shop I use is good.

They are now located in the same building as Larry's. The entrance is around the right side of the building.

you really can do it yourself. Try a practice mount on a 2x4 before you drill your skis.
