I was laid off earlier this week and am going to be looking to leave Jackson.
Looking to rent out my condo. It's a three bed, two bath on three levels in E. Jackson. Recently remodeled and in great shape. Walking distance to Town Square and Snowking and can easily bike to Cache and close to bus stop.
Unfortunately - HOA doesn't allow dogs in non-owner occupied units so no pups. Looking for $1800 / 600 a bedroom but can negotiate some for a maggot.

Bummer and thanks - little nervous about renting with so many rentals available.
