Anyone have a rec for thin kids ski socks? My daughter has been complaining a lot about her feet being freezing lately, and I think perhaps it’s time to replace the thick and cozy but not so great for skiing ones that she has with some nice super thin ones.

I just got my kids some Smartwool Wintersport socks that seem pretty sweet. On sale at L9 if they still have an appropriate size and pattern eg:

My seven yo has been loving the darn tough light weight kids ski sock. Been buying them for about $nine a pair on SAC whenever they pop up. No complaints of cold feet yet…

Are these still available? Trying to find something for my toddler who will be 2 years old next season.

I got a couple of pairs of the DT Junior Captain Stripes Lightweight kids ski socks for my daughter. A tad bit thicker than I expected but still much thinner than what he had her in. We’ll see how she likes them!

Starting the hunt now for next season’s skis for junior…he’ll most likely be needing something around a one forty or so by then judging by current growth spurts. He’s currently on Volkl Revolt Jrs so anything similar; Mantra Jr, Carson, etc.
    Thanks all!

Sold - Kids Helmet/Goggle combo - $25 shipping in US

Kid helmet/goggle combo - $25 shipped in US for a solid helmet and goggle set-up. Venmo/Paypal you pick up fees - Sweet Protection kids helmet and Smith Grom goggles. Helmet has a few scuffs but took no big hits and should work well for more years of service. My youngest outgrew it this this and it was passed down from his brothers. Smith Groms with Chromapop lenses were new a couple of winters ago - lenses/strap/foam in great shape. Tons of life left. See sizing in one of images - I can’t tell you if it will fit your kid - but it fit my boys from like 10-almost 12 years old… PM me to sort out any questions, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Maybe, they are designed to carry skis and poles over a shoulder but I can test it.

I’m going to be turning over 24/25 Carson 146s- the killer Ghost graphic set. I’m super fussy on taking care of skis and you won’t find a better used carson. Transported in ski box, wiped down then stored inside heated gear room. Skied 18-20 days would pass for 6-8. No damage.
Anyhow this goes out to anyone who’s interested… they were 475 new plus have new black Look NX7s (think that’s the model#).
Likely be taking offers here before I try and do local posting next September ish. They’re [emoji91]

Have a pair of Moment Sierra's. 152 cm, excellent condition, drilled once for Salomon C / Z -10 binding at 275 BSL. Bindings have been stripped as they are not grip walk certified, happy to include if you want them. Can't post photo but they are very clean, few days. If you are interested I can email or text you photos. $250, skis in SLC.

they Velcro around the skis with a shoulder strap. If you wrap the shoulder strap around your big skis a couple time this might work but not be super stable. Long voile straps might be better</p>

    RE: crampons for tiny boots.
-You could try swapping for the Cord-tec depending on the heels you have.
-I have used the standard Dart center bars (Barrettes) with the Irvis fronts - technically these are not compatible and the center bar doesn&#39;t full slide back into the front section. It functions to shorten the center bar and in addition the Dart bars have more holes. This allowed me to fit them to my kids tiny boots that were probably 19.5 shells at the time so they could do some ice climbing top roping. I would not recommend this set up for a teen or adult with tiny feet.

I’ve put Dynafit DNA crampons on a 22.5 Young Star boot, and I think they go smaller
