How do you like those Super 7s?
I already have 4 pairs of Shiros, and trying to get a 5th, I'll stick with those.
I'm curious as to why he has them. You don't see many pairs hanging around here. Not a very Jong ski.
Jong skis...
got a long-running joke with a buddy about the flagship ski of Crystal being the K2 Recons. Mt Dweebus, affectionately
I did spend my high school and early college years, before I hopped on the Oregon Trail and had a wagon wheel break in Jackson, on K2 5020 Recons, Yellow, Orange and red. Those things ripped, that was before I discovered real skis.
Nice collection.
I'd give my left goat ball if supergoats got bearpaw topsheets.
Superlites on those Katanas look hawt
Katanas or BMT 109s? How do you like them? They look light, feather light...
109's, 186cm. 1920g each, mounted... they are light for their size but not the very lightest construction these days. I don't have any interest in skiing on anything lighter, I think. These still have some balls and behave much better than I expected at speed and in chop.
This pair is my first foray into fully reverse-cambered skis. Glad the rocker is low to keep a long edge when needed. They are loose and surfy in pow and rip corn. A tad wide for firm skinning conditions. I'm pleased so far but only have a handful of days on them. My only touring skis currently, which is a departure from my norm as well.
^^You gonna mount 'em tele?

Those pow boards... damn...
I knew that was coming!! Predictable quip from the gallery LOL
Yes I ski hard and yes I take care of my gear. My old riden hard shit is gone. Overlap intentional. I A / B skis most every day on the hill to decide what stays and goes. Foundation 106, DW 190, RPC for sale soon. Don't want to make enemies here but Im no bitch and will thunder -- try me
Just givin' ya shit. Sick lineup.
I would've thought the gigawatts to be first to go. Why would you ever need those w/ those Pow boards.
One thing I've never understood: people with pristine gear say they "take care of their gear". But like...how do you ensure topsheets don't get dinged? Maybe I'm just a gaper who hits shit sometimes. Not judging, genuinely curious. Just a lack of never hitting skis together, never catching rocks/trees?
