Cooking classes in Denver or Boulder?

I'm looking for some information on cooking classes (pastry specific, so I guess baking classes) in the Denver or Boulder area. I found some good information on Cook Street which looks legit and pretty well-run... does anyone have experience taking classes in the area?

Cupcake, you know I can't restrain myself when you put on that cute little apron. You're such a tease.

Culinary School of the Rockies (Boulder) has home cooking classes listed on their site. I cannot speak to the quality of the classes.

Any Junior College's around with a culinary school? Those often have shorter classes for the public.

CSR has a few classes, but I'm specifically looking for a class that meets multiple times and all the CSR ones are only single classes.

Johnson & Wales University in Denver has a pretty well respected Culinary program, no personal experience though.

i went there 2 years ago for the cheftrack program. nothing but positive reviews. the instructors were great, classroom is spacious and easy to work in. they have a specific pastry arts program, but its not like a weekend class...its a 5 week program. they do have classes for "home cooks" , which are 1-3 day things, but obviously not as comprehensive.

visit their website, they have listings for classes and should have schedules as well. culunaryschoolrockies.com

Did you get my message last night? (Look closely at the back window of your car)

^^^ Nice. Didn't even see that last night... good thing you got the right car.

Oh, and the class isn't for me, cock-gobblin.

Tell Nick I'll pay him back today.

Absolut- looks like CSR is out of the running... their classes are consecutive days, all day long. Doesn't work well for someone with a full time job. They have a 10-wk program also, but that's $1100!

yeah, small school = more limited class options.

4 days, looks like one day a week in the evenings.

^^ Yep, that's the one I'm about to pull the trigger on. Looks pretty legit, and right up her alley.
