Since my first ACL repair, I've never had full range of motion in my left knee. I can touch the back of my right thigh with my right heel, but on the left side there is still about 2 inches of space after I've gone as far as I can go.
I wonder, after surgery #2, what the chances of my regaining that range of motion, or is it lost forever do you think?

My undertanding is that lost ROM can be recovered surgically. I'd ask your doc.
