Probably about as long as it took them to publish camber pics.

Thanks for refering to our humble site. Which we haven't been updating properly for ages...too much nsr-hassle in life at the moment (for all participants). Hopefully we get to post more again when the season starts.

Great thread anyway. And btw. after that review I bought a pair of JJ's. Loving the combination of camber/sidecut and rocker...which probably isn't for all? (I remember someone here not liking JJ's and Bentchetlers at all?)
"Average summit heights are around 1000m to 1200m but on the high glaciers of the main Lyngen Peninsula there are summits over 1400m with Jiehkkevarri being the highest at 1834m above sea level."

..me... I felt an on/off on JJ, likely because the mucho camber with mucho rocker changes the way the ski behaves when the tip and tail edges are engaged..
but I'm just an old fart

08-09's that i just got in the mail... no not from the spastic in gear swap.... got em for slightly more but still a great deal from evogear.com were already on sale and then they had an additional 20% off... not bad $300 plus shipping... lots of tip rocker and camber underfoot... nice looking skis i gotta say, any advice where to mount em? i currently ride gotamas mounted between the freeride/freestyle marks and VCTs on the recmmended line. was thinking of between the "old" and "young" marks, anyone ridden these not a lot of info on em in the forums...

All this anti-camber talk is bullshit. Ski companies are glad you guys are lapping this up, otherwise ski sales would be flat. I could explain, but I'll leave it to an expert:

What they need to do is make the damn EP PRO stiffer...the ski would be so much fun if it didn't fold up in anything but blower pow.
You should have been here yesterday!

Flat Katana as reference. The Atlas has more traditonal camber underfoot and mor of an actual tip shovel. It has less front rocker than the Salomon and it starts closer to the tip.

Thanks iggy! The skis look sick. I am thinking they will be a great powder ski addition to my arsenal of skis.
