    Angry Fuck up and move up

    Incompetence pisses me off. Lazy incompetence pisses me off even more.

    I work a reasonably physical job 4-8 months of the year. It has a minimum fitness requirement that IMHO is minimal. There happened to be an employee that failed to meet the pre-employment fitness requirement prior to restarting work this season. This time it looked like the peeps pulling the strings would man the fuck up and adhere to the requirements that are in place. Not so. As a union employee the incompetent and unfit seem to have a never ending well to draw forth continuing employment and support from. Even after it has been proven that they are in fact unfit and have had time, money and resources poured into remedy the issue (incompetence etc. are other issues likely to persist indefinitely). Letters were filed and those holding the strings tucked their cocks between their legs and created a position fitting one that is unfit for their previous job and too incompetent and unqualified to acquire other posted jobs. I only hope they gave the individual enough rope to hang their self with.

    I am fuckin' annoyed.

    At a time when qualified and competent people are concerned about lay offs and cuts an utter shitstain of an individual makes a little noise and instead of silencing the fucker and turning them out (the fate they earned) they have their complaints and existence validated.
