Float 32 RLC Lockout/Low Speed Compression

When I turn the lockout lever back from being locked out my compression dampening adjustment moves as well. I can feel that there might be some grit in there that could be causing this. Is it normal, or do I need to get a 1mm allen key and remove the lockout lever and clean out between that and the low speed compression dial?

i have this fork ('09 version), have been using it since last august, and do not have this problem. the two controls feel to operate quite separately on my fork. is this something that you can get to occur when not moving, i.e. not trying to turn the lockout switch while riding?

when first getting used to the fork, i often perceived that i was moving the low speed compression dial when flipping the lockout but it was just me...

J I heard that's common on these forks, there's a thread that mentions it somewhere. Cleaning it all out should help, if not remedy the situation though.

I thought someone said they put a little locktite on the LSC knob to make it harder to move and that worked. Don't quote me on that one though.

Yeah, hopefully I can find an allen key to fit the hardware holding the knob in place. I can make this happen just standing here switching the lockout lever back and forth. After a few times the lsc moves all the way CC so there is now lsc dampening. I'll try what beaterdit suggested, hopefully this helps.
