Dynafit hole pattern- match up with any alpine stuff?

More Dynafit binding brain dumpage from me (sweet blog!) --

Anyone know if any of the Dynafit toe piece hole pattern matches up with any of the holes on any alpine binding? And if so, which holes/ which bindings?

Thinking that if the holes match up with any bindings, it'll help in mounting the Dynafits, using a combination of alpine jig mounting + the paper template on wildsnow.com.

Can't think of a single one.

Why not just use pechelmans template to mount dynafits?

Pechelmans template is much better than the wildsnow one IMO.

Quoted for truth. Just used it to mount up a pair and it was a breeze. I'm thinking of doing a quick acrylic template based on his paper one.

I have envisioned a 'universal' jig.

What I see is a standard mounting jig iunit that clamps to the ski and centers itself. Then there would be toe and heel plates that clamp in for the various bindings...
