Franchises that don't exist in Denver but should?

So what are some good franchises around the country? I'm looking for something that is fairly popular in the area it exists, but not a household name yet, like a Chipotle. I've been reading that 5 Guys thread, and it's somewhat intriguing. Anything else out there like that?

You have White Castle? I know it used to be regional but have no idea where they're at anymore.

cheadars - not that great but much better than chillis, etc. for the same price

Add Chick-Fil-A to the list. I know there is one in Brighton, but not sure if there are any in Denver proper.

If you could bring a Bojangles to Denver I'd clean your house for a year wearing a naughty french maid costume (not that you'd want that...but I'd do it for local Bojangles)
And Kolache Rolf...I know we have Kolache Factory but it just isn't the same

We have one here in Lincoln, but I've never been. Maybe I should go check it out.

There is. 16th and Welton? Caddy (kitty?) corner from Barnes and Noble, under the Firstbank. It isn't a full blown franchise though. You can basically get two kinds of sandwiches and fries and that is it. There is a location in Broomfield by Flatirons mall.

Chic filet' is a gold mine here, not even open on Sundays (those pesky christians)

Krispy Kreme doughnuts a time honored classic

Look in Las Vegas for some really great semi fast food franchises that are actually pretty healthy.
