    CODA Custom Boards and Skis

    My latest aquisition:

CODA builds monoskis, snowboards and skis. All are custom built and one of a kind and come with Bomber Elite bindings.
I've know the owner of this company for awhile now and decided it was time to support his company and order my Alcohol Ski. Amazing ski for the Cascade slop

What in tarnation is that thing?!? Extreme Swallowtail Monoboard?

In other news, I'm now very thirsty...
Skiing, whether you're in Wisconsin or the Alps, is a dumbass hick country sport that takes place in the middle of winter on a mountain at the end of a dirt road.

Bomber is the company, Bishop is the tele binding model. Bomber's main business is actually hardboot snowboard bindings. not tele bindings:

    I had to ask.
When I was building the Bros in Quebec, the factory was also building the Winterstick Swallowtails and the TeleBoard.
This stick could be like an updated morphing of those two boards.

What started off as a purpose built carving monoski by Yama has evolved into an all mountain, serious fall line, get the fuck out of the way CODA monoski. This board has insane floatation in the heaviest slop and is designed for 60mph plus carves. I have no idea why the swallowtail is so extreme but it seems to work. The cable is supposed to add stability to the tails.

As far as the Bomber bindings are concerned, I have a love/hate relationship with them. I love them because they are light and have zero deflection. I hate them because after consuming several Double Bastards and wearing body armour, they are a pain in the ass to get into when installed on a monoski.
