Yep. I shot these negatives with guns, and on that one it just kind of crunched along the area where I had her arm out. The project is a work in progress that I will be doing for the next couple months, and I already have a few more done: http://samreinselphotography.blogspot.com/
Oh yeah, that was a blog link I just dropped.

Trollop, me really likey! ... wonder how it would look with a bit more gap between the rider and the lip (bigger jump or lower angle) and one-half stop more open, both to add more subject isolation. I've seen your PS skills in the MPPC #2 thread, I'm sure you can do both via PP

Yeah, more height would have been nice, but we didn't build anything on the convex lip to get more pop, unfortunately. It's a nice little gap, so a sled pull into a built lip next time would be better.

As for PP, no doubt, but I definitely have the "editorial" PP mindset when I'm shooting/documenting a session. I like to keep the editing low key, and represent what was actually happening at the time. The MPPC was just for kicks to see what I could come up with. That kind of stuff should be kept to the commercial realm.

I love looking at all the pictures, but whats with posting multi pic TRs here? This is not directed at anyone, as the trend began a while ago, but I thought this was a 1 pic of the day type of thread. Any way, keep the interesting photos coming, and here is 1 pic of the loneliest highway in America. We did 120mph for long stretches at a time. (radar detector at the ready)

I resolve to get out and shoot this weekend. Events have conspired to shut me down for the last few weeks and it's messing with me.

    Oh yeah.

I'm loving the DoF and focus points there, just perfect for all the burrito shots and made me instantly starving.

    Thumbs up

Sweet shot nateski. I was just thinking about this exact scene a few days back as I've never actually come across one myself. There's something really magical about the wing prints in the snow. Nice find.

Chad, I've seen a couple pics that you've taken of Shaun R. I used to ski with that girl back in college. Definitely cool to see her making a career on the 2 planks. You got anything else coming up of her?
