There are plenty of witty quick responses already. Those shots are gorgeous and I'm -we're- stoked you brought the camera along. It's funny bc I'm sure as you were snapping those shots you knew how it would just slay everyone on the forum.

I hope the rest of the west gets to follow in that manner. And I really just care about the Tetons. F everyone else!

My God...those are amazing. Pointless post but this thread needs to be at the top of the forum.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Stoked that winter seems to be here! Cheers to 08-09, pattern looking good for next 5-7 days. Matt- kinda... trying to get the AF 100% dialed. Bob's jacket is some lightweight arcteryx... it's pretty $ for touring.. the alpha sl or something?

Nice conditions, but even better work on the composition of those photos. I'm too undisciplined and just end up skiing even when I do pack the big rig.

I need to teach my friends how to use the camera so they can participate in the photo making. Selfish bastards...

Holy chit, mon! Your photo skills are coming along. Some seriously quality stuff here!

This one in particular gets my juices flowin':

And methinks you may have misjudged the focal plane just a tad on this one, but the framing and actual composition are absolutely money:

    Thanks, dude. Seriously.

My wife is gonna hate you for that. I already bug the crap out of her to move there as it is, but after seeing that much powder this time in the season....it's going to get rough around here.

Nice work on the photos. I usually just blast down something, and never wait to snap shots. Later, I wish I did.
Low post count because I'm too busy working and then skiing, but not neccessarily in that order.
