I have that binding bent to clear my Sanouks I'm currently not using. How beat are the jesters? Mine have ~10 days on them. Why not use the jester? Do people think this is a fair trade?

Jesters are in pretty good condition and have ~100mm brake too.

And i see this as a fair trade: I could sell the Jesters right now for $250 no problem, so i see this as a fair trade.

And i'd rather have the pivot bindings for my park skis. Just a preference really.

Monetarily it's a good deal for you, cooltsi. Some say (and it's at least somewhat true) that the fks clamps were the best binding design ever for their safety pivot features, but if you're not spinning 720s in the park where your knees can get totally wrecked, I'd go for the jesters. But park rats (and I use that term with affection) love them some pivot bindings.
