There is the link... Trying to give TGR credit through the link, that's why I've linked it instead of posted the code.

    Props to BC.com

BC.com charged me for shipping when it was suppose to be free. It took about 20 seconds to fix after chating live with an employee on the website. Good to see things remedied that fast and easy.

    BC.com rocks.

<3 BC. Got a bunch of great stuff.

One small problem - while browsing the site I found an item I wanted, but couldn't add it to my cart (no sizing information/picture did not display, although available count showed it as in stock). First rep told me to go to BC, add it, then back to the outlet and it'd be in my cart. That worked, but when I checked out, the discount didn't apply.

Of course, 2 minutes later - after explaining how I reached the item (just by browsing), rep told me it was removed from the site at some point, but they'd still honor the coupon. Placed my order, gave him my order number and was credited the difference. Best. Site. Ever.

similarly i linked right to the sale from a promotional email...and only after my 0-degree sleeping bag shipped, i realized i could have entered a promotonal code for add'l savings. sent an email in the am (EDT) explaining this, and by lunch time had received a response indicating the that my account had been credited for both the add'l savings and shipping.

as i replied in the questionaire: A++ customer service
