    House between BCC/LCC available

This is a shot in the dark, but I'll throw it out there. Ive got a great house between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon that will be available soon. My tenant just informed me he will be moving out on 10/10. It's 4 bed 3 bath 2700 sq ft, in a great area. It's just east of Wasatch Blvd. You can be to Snowbird or Alta in 15 minutes. $1500/month. Any mags out there interested?

I've had quite a bit of interest so let me give some details. Deposit is $1500. I'll allow up to 2 dogs, but require an additional pet deposit of $250 per dog. A lease is required. I would prefer a 1 year lease, but I would be willing to consider 6 months. One person will need to sign the lease and be responsible for getting me rent. I'm not going to collect rent from 4 different people each month.

The place is pretty nice. It's recently remodeled. It a nice open house. Nice sized master bedroom. 2 other good sized bedrooms and 1 that's a little smaller. It has a 2 car carport with an attached storage area.

I could probably show the place before my tentant leaves on 10/10. I don't have pictures right now, but will try to go take some in the next week.

Ok, so from the sounds of it, there's a bunch of people interested, but we're all too broke to be the one that steps up and puts down the money to lease the whole house in our name. I completely understand why alewi doesn't want to deal with renting each room.

I'm looking for one room, and I have a nice doggy.

Is anyone actually in town now that might want to step up and be the leasee?

EDIT: Hey Sluff, I think I might be working with you at Alta Ski Shop if thigns work out.

I believe I've sent pics of the house off to everybody that's requested them. If I've missed anybody, let me know. And again, just as I said earlier in the thread I'm NOT renting rooms out. It's up to you to get the people together to rent the place.

    Three words: SLC Maggot House.

Some Fearless Leader needs to step up and make Blurred's dream from last year a reality. One or two long term (well, lease-term) renters who charge tha sweet cake for Maggots to crash there. This could be pretty profitable to the masterminds and pretty convenient for visitors. Unless of course it's a completely shit winter, but that's not gonna happen.

The last Maggot house didn't turn out all that bad?

If some of the best times of my life were skiing the UP in -40 wind chill with nothing but jeans, cotton long johns and a wine flask to keep warm while sleeping in the back of my dad's van... does that make me old school?

i am still interested too. please send me some pics. still debating if i am going to live at the mountain or pay down valley. Does anyone know how much in salary "room and board" equals(compared to paying $300-$500 for something elsewhere) when working for the Peruvian Lodge or any other operations that offers employee housing at Alta/Snowbird?? thanks for the insight.

Hey Leroy: trying to line up something with at the Peruvian, where are you looking?
