It's not real and neither is the one where he jumps over the Aston Martin. Actually, the Aston Martin looks more real than the snakes. But if you pause it just as he jumps, you can see that he misses getting his feet clipped by about two inches. There is simply no way he would risk that. Pretty easy to fake with a single camera mounted on a tripod and only having to jump one time. It looks like he jumped twice and they tried to splice them together from two different camera angles to make the snake vid.

I don't think this jump is fake. The world long jump record is over 29 feet. Hard to make any accurate measurement just by viewing the clip, but it looks somewhat shorter than 30 feet to me.
