Not really mind blowing. Buying to replace a paid off vehicle strictly for fuel economy rarely makes sense as it's all diminishing returns. Taking the total life cycle cost of fuel into account when purchasing a car, that's another story. Your 10 mpg will have burnt $60k of juice at 200k miles whereas the 20 mpg car will only burn $30k, but a 30 mpg economy sedan will take $20k of fuel in 200k miles and a prius at 40 mpg takes $15k.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.
