TR: Riding Switch from Jay to A-Basin & the 'Bird
First off, let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I’m a gleaming pair (yes, I said pair, as in I’ve got two of em) of teal Rossignol 4S, from 1987, with an extra tight VAS system, extra firm tails, and extra reinforced with extra Kevlar (in case any ladies were worried about how stiff I am).
Here is what the record books said about, “4S KEVLAR - Flagship model of the Rossignol range for almost a decade, recognized for both its performance and ability, this slalom ski sold one million pairs worldwide. With its VAS shock absorbtion system and use of kevlar, it set new standards of efficiency, stability and comfort."
Yes, they said flagship and Kevlar (the stuff bullet proof vests are made of, duh).
Now that we are done with the formalities, let’s get it on. This thread will be a extra-good documentation of me arcing it across the country from Jay Peak on closing day to A-basin and then on the 'Bird. On the way I'm going to be laying down some extra vicious tracks as I attempt to find the gnar. Can anyone help lead me to the gnar on my journey? I'd invite all you mags out there to come take some turns on me as I shred up Pali in mid-May, and the Baldy Chutes (hopefully Skidog hasn't exxxxagerated how steep they are) in late-May. Stay Posted for extra specific dates, if interested.
Tickling the mosses, oh la la

Being from the year 1987, I was extra-meant to schuss the "walking sections"

Attempting to gain access to the VAULT, aka where the dude riding me stored his beers

Oh, slay the snowy/grassy Can Am, you extra sexy kevlar skis, you

This dude in the orange stealing all my thunders
