Update time, sorry guys, didnt have internet last night after my visit.

The neighborhood seemed nice enough but then I turned onto his street, found his address and noticed that whomever lived there had picked the biggest pile of shit house on the block. Almost looked condemned, but it was apparent that someone was working on it. There was a new upstairs window and some tools laying around.

I could see a large yellow shepard like dog in the window as I came to the door. I rang his doorbell, which was plenty loud to let him or anyone else know that I was there. Waited and waited. Rang again, no damn answer.

Walked around a bit and didn't see him. I think someone was there however because the upstairs window was wide open and stuff was strewn about like it was being personally tended.

Above the shit-ass mailbox, two names were written in Sharpie, on the house.

So, maybe this Jesse Jones is really Rick Jones. Maybe he uses this shithouse as an address to scam folks.
