    Thanks for all the advise. I ended up choosing the one on 83rd. Probably not the nicest place but for the money it will be good enough and its an easy ride on the 4 train to work. (86th-59th)
    I'm moving in on July 1 and definetly want to meet up with you guys sometime this summer. Thanks again for all the help.

    totally unrealated but on July 1 New york both loses and gains a maggot....ill be moving to boulder on July 1, while you come to my neighborhood, funny.....

    Banks: who do I trust my money with????

    Don't need any real complex banking services just your basic checking and saving account type stuff

    i use chase and have been very happy w/ them for both bank and credit cards.

    I used to use chase, but they started charging for everything-but they are all over the place-so you can usually find an atm that you can use w/no fee
