Bellingham Companies

I've been doing a little research on the Bellingham area and wanted to know if there are any apparel or outdoor companies that are based there or around there? Specifically looking for companies that have jobs as a product developer/ product line manager.

Brenthaven makes packs and luggage, but they're downsizing. Just closed their retail store downtown, and moved it into their factory in Fairhaven (Bellingham), for who knows how long.

My wife works for McNett in Bellingham. They manufacture and distribute outdoor care and repair products such as AquaSeal, SeamGrip, and a whole crap load of other things you've probably used but never have bothered to wonder who makes them.

Transition Bikes is based out of Ferndale, as is Johnson Outdoors (Necky whitewater/sea kayaks and Ocean Kayak sit-on-tops).

That's it off the top of my head.

Depending on what your definition of "outdoors" is, there's a couple of rope/line manufacturers and a pretty bustling boat industry in the county, including ACB.

I think there's a shitty little rag based out of there called "Skier's Journal" or some shit.

the company that makes gloves for OR and a bunch of other outdoor companies is in bellingham. don't remember what they are called though, but all they do is glove R&D
