This law isn't really even about gun either is the horrible part, there is a part of it that allows for the Colorado AG to change the law at will after it passes. That is not a legal precedent any of the anti gun people should want if they think gubment is all trustworthy and whatnots.

Other machine pistols, Berreta 92, made in the 80s for the Italian military who decided it was stupidly impractial. Broomhandle mausers are, although very rare, and correct me if I'm wrong someone, the only full auto you can legally own with a c/r license and not have to go through the nfa? I might have that confused, the full auto ones might be NFA but you don't need an NFA dealer, just your own c/r.

Broomhandle mausers are already expensive though and the full auto ones, especially with the wooden shoulder stock/holster are unobtanium rare.

Dillinger also had a modified full auto 1911, with a tommy gun forward grip welded to the front and extended mags.

Put a Witt Machine clamp-on brake on my T3 Lite 300wsm. Just not enough meat on that barrel to consider threading. Followed the online instructions, and measured the bore and 1.5 inch back with a digital micrometer. Stainless brake arrived 2 weeks later with my measurements stamped on the bottom.
Put the rifle in a vise and leveled it in X&Y, and put a level on the brake. Brake went on easy with the 4 screws all the way out. Didn't bother with a torque wrench, just loaded the screws up with what felt like 15in/lbs while keeping the rifle & brake level [like a scope mount].
Took 4 passes torquing up the screws before they stayed torqued, then 5 min later I made sure they were all reefed down to refusal while the loctite was still wet.
Brought the recoil from something like a 3" 12ga 2 1/4 oz max dram turkey round in a light gun to something like a M700 BDL .243 with 100gr Siroccos. Different rifle entirely.
Sight-in at 28yds, I saw my 2nd shot punch paper and clicked over to it [Maven CRS3 4-20x]. 3rd shot out the diamond, saw it too. Went ahead and zeroed the scope indexes, knew I wasn't going to get it any better.
100yds, .316 group* from Norma Bondstrike 180gr [3084fps, .61bc]. 8clicks down = punched-out bullseye of 1-inch target spot.
302yds, 1.08* inch group, less than an inch low with scope dialed to zero. Some heat monkeys. Takes 20min to shoot a group, since a thin Lite barrel will heat up if you shoot 2 of those +3000fps rounds in 5 minutes. But holyfuckingshit, ofsetting errors ftw.
Went to bed with the smug satisfied feeling of a man who knows his beanfield rifle is gnats like a fucking laser.
*Measurement: outside-outside of max spread minus .308
How many "heat monkeys"?
Slight, but noticeable when the 8fps zero-value breeze laid down. It was sunny and about 40f.
Have an aftermarket spring [I forget the brand], trigger is a little scary. Maybe 2lbs, prob a little less. Like breaking a tiny glass rod. Tikkas/Sakos have fantastic triggers, the firing pin prob jangles the rifle more than the trigger pull.
