    Another Intuition question.

I recently picked up some used Intuition liners from a friend of mine. They were cooked once for him and once for me (at the shop). I'm getting some nasty pressure right on my ankle bones so I was hoping to try again. Can these actually be heated in the oven, or can it only be done in the shop?

The liners are marked "genuine ultralon foam".

    Thanks

yes, you can do it on your own. there are a bunch of tutorial threads with pics, links to videos, etc...

I did mine with a buddy's help, worked out fine.
