Anomaly was good but by no means a classic.

P-Tex, Lies and Duct Tape was my first and remains my favorite.

After that I like old Leni Reifenstahl movies. Didn't care much for his Final Solution but that Hitler could produce some skiing and climbing flicks!

Warren Miller's Bloopers, Blunders, and Bailouts.

There is nothing more funny that some guy in jeans trying to walk up to the lift on a sheet of ice. Pure hysteria!

Also, I've always been a fan of the opening scene of "The Spy who Loved Me." (Atleast I believe thats the Bond movie where he starts out skiing).

Maybe not the best / most progressive skiing of all time, but I can watch 1999 over and over.

somebody bought me an old, used vhs copy of "downhill racer" with robert redford. that was a pretty good ski-themed movie, but not a comedy.

ski porn-wise, i've gotta go with something like "mind the addiction" from tgr or way back to reel action pictures "carving the white".

Blizzard of AHHHHHH - redefined ski movies forever. After that came License to Thrill and P-Tex where Stump perfected his art.

For a HIS, she was pretty attractive.

    Old Old School Classic

White Ecstacy by Dr. Fanck (1932?) with Hannes Schneider and Leni Reifenstahl.

    Documentary:

Legends of American Skiing by Moulton, however I've heard great things from Steep the documentary.
