    I read on here a couple of days ago about someone having chocolate covered bacon and to be honest, the thought of it didnt really excite me.

    I seem to be coming around to this idea!

    Fact-all the cool pastry chefs put a little bit of salt on chocolate and caramel these days. seems to make perfect sense.

    Caramel+bacon-hmmm i wonder....
