Just came in the back way from Naturita to Telluride to avoid lizard head. Was going perfectly, chilling behind a plow. Then plow and the car in front of us both went off the road... We pulled the car back on, but plow was still stuck. Rest of the fam just got turned back on Dallas divide.

Did some laps first thing before coming to work and it was super white out just before I left. Wrong wind direction but hopefully the snow keeps up anyways

Turns were getting real nice before I called it at 11

Tomorrow should be good if everything stays closed

Not gonna argue with that. I only have a couple days left on my pass but tomorrow could be tempting.

It can't be very often that Telluride is cut off, right? Lizard head, Dallas divide, Norwood road all closed (Norwood closure might have just been temporary while extricating the plow).

Taos closed. Finally getting an idea what it takes to shut things down. I have only been here 6 years but am always impressed how Wolf Creek gets things open and the excellent job CDOT does on the pass.

Wild day. Silver Queen shut down but they kept the high lift spinning so we were hiking laps on the headwall. And the NFL had a mechanical but reopened late and it was spectacular.

Meh, the backpack wearers are easy to spot and they usually don't go anywhere I care about.

Probably. P/S wasn't open much. Skied deeper than what the powcam showed. 3rd bowl and frontside were closed. Seems like the snow is supposed to pick up again tonight though. All bets are off when it snows a bunch, especially since Vail won't do early mornings for patrol.

Don't ever see Hoosier pass close solely due to snow/wind, but hot damn it dumped for a while! Tbar went from okay to awesome in an hour or so.

I saw Pali opened back up sometime after 1 and I believe stayed open rest of the day but doubt that beavers or zuma did. Could be pretty nice in the beavers, hoping I can sneak out before work again.
