Ridiculously good day today on Ajax. April showers bring April face shots.

    Loveland was tits.
Skied a little funky in the morning, but quickly adjusted and great deep snow everywhere.

Weird thing; it must have been around 11 or so when the snow and wind kicked up again, and skiing off 4 was like first tracks again. Everything filled in and it looked like a fresh blanket.

^yeah it looked like most of the dust got covered up! only remnants I saw were on the main pali face at a basin, which isn't too much in the sun so that's a good sign!

And I'm spent. Professor, check. SFB, check, Beavers, check. Rock garden, check. Base layers couldn't whick the amount sweat I was dishing out today.

Whoever put that line down the gut of Marjorie Bowl, I want to shake your hand. Looked so good.

    Damn fun morning at Eldora.

I know eldora doesn't get the love on this forum, but it is a fun little mountain. Stayed cold enough yesterday that everything today was nice and soft, almost mid winter like. Plus there was NO ONE on the mountain. I must have been one of only 6 or 7 people lapping the backside.

Had a really awesome day at Breck. Was fun smashing crud all day. Sessioned a new favorite cliff on Peak 6 too. Snow was soft and midwintery until about 2, when clouds began rolling in and out. Crud started to set up a bit. First time skiing the '11-12 Wrenegades. Fucking awesome ski for that kind of day. Much easier going than everyone led me to believe and still fucking rips.

yes, WE KNOW. you've blabbered that same statement 3 times now. are you trying to make yourself feel better about skiing there? you don't have to justify it, if you like to ski there then do it...

Anybody care to speculate how Highlands will ski tomorrow? Trying to decide whether to use one of my days tomorrow, or wait until next weekend...

Snowed lightly at the Beav this morning. Dust on crust mainly but still fun. Resort season is winding down.

Still loving any snow we get. Next week could change things though. Looking like prolonged warmth, but that's okay because I'm going to the beach. When I return it's harvest time.

lol what the fuck is wrong with you?

I was simply posting that I had a nice day skiing there, and that the snow conditions were nice. No need for you to hate.

Sure, I ski at eldora once in a while, but I certainly have more days up in summit/eagle

Today was one of the best sleeper days of the year. How was the snow so cold and deep?
