Was snowing in the foothills and at the tunnel on the way home but quiet from Silverthorne to Vail. I don't think the mountain got more than an inch or two?

3"-6" completely dependent on wind deposition and aspect at WP. On the runs where I was first tracks, almost NOT dust on crust, everything else you could definitely hit crust. Fun day though.

Seems like Eagle county has been missing out on alot of the snow this year and summit county has been doing better?

    A little unusual

Fuck it was cold out this morning. Wasn't prepared for that. South facing was bulletproof and made us bail from our objective since we didn't have time to wait around for it to get warm and weren't too into making survival turns. North facing still holding some soft.

Yeah, quite a bit. 220" for the Beav and 250" for Vail. 100" below Loveland and 50-75" below Abasin is a huge difference. A fine year compared to the last 2 but we'll finish right at average.

The Keystone donut hole seems to be sitting over the Beav this year. Breck appears to be the big wiener (so far) across the state (11+ feet more than the Beav). However, I'd be curious to know how much fell at the old Breck snowstake location as that is probably a better comparison.

It has felt unusual to me as I've had only 1 powder day at Vail this year and quite a few at Loveland, A Basin, and Breck. Usually the other way around.

Subtract 20%. Subtracting 20% puts it at 289" which is right in line with Copper's total (292"). Funny how that works!

Got out for some laps at Breck this morning....Peak 7, Peak 6.5.....twas very nice.

Certainly a weird season, but what’s normal anymore?
Shoot, I had a big time powder day on a 60” base in mid November.
Good to see Summit getting the love.
