Sorry to hear that Wildman. Hopefully you have an Adrian Peterson like recovery and come back strong.

Thanks. Hopefully it continues to Snow so our state doesn't go up in flames like my season did.

Looking at the models on the CAIC website now. The GFS 7 day precip forecast has around 2” of water for the Flat Tops/Park Range from midday Friday to Sunday afternoon.

Not sure how light the stuff will come down, but if this plays out, you could see 3 ft up there over the weekend. Booking hotel in the Yampa Valley in 3…2…1….

fuck it, go for broke! 2-3 feet cover the entire state this weekend, and if it doesn't snow an inch, you're still skiing.

Yeah, serious. The latest run slows the storm down, arriving overnight Friday/Saturday, but here is your total by Monday AM

Looks like up north and down south should do fairly well this weekend. I-70 resorts should get some but it doesn't look like its going to be last week over again.

Not as much of a bummer as Wildman (heal quick, dude) but I bashed my wrist up enough on Sunday that I had to go in for X-rays. Nothing broken, but it's hard to plant a ski pole. I'm hoping it'll be soft enough this weekend that planting doesn't hurt.

Yeah no poles and 4 tall tees...you're all good

Hoping for a good dump in the super dry front range and summit this weekend.

5pm Avon some shit falling from the sky, must be flock of birds...maybe it will accumulate.

I am so sick of hard snow. VP cam looks promising, copper snow stake shows a few inches, maybe they salt it a little....

Pretty wind blown. Things are settling but still areas that are sketchy. Bear lake and surrounding area has the best coverage right now. They found the lost hiker. Pretty weird story but had to scale back search efforts due to conditions being sketchy.

Made killer green chili pork and drove back from Edwards on the 6 in whiteout, more than was expected.

Tomorrow will be nice, going up the VAG at 8:30. Give a call
