if you are planning on skiing SW CO this weekend, leave now or early tomorrow morning.
flurries in Eagle County all day...maybe an inch on the hill. Typical, not pushing thru yet with the SW flow. Cold front yet to drop thru, maybe it'll turn out like Tuesday.

funny, not really. I have to work tomorrow so it doesn't do me much good anyway. Merry Christmas D.

Judging by the radar... this storm kinda sucked? Any updates from the high country? Low pressure should moving through again Sunday with NW flow
Vail was nice today. It is skiing really very well. It was snowing pretty good when I left the mountain and continuing into this evening, but as of right now in Edwards the snow has slowed. Sort of on and off, but the skiing is great.
I hope so. The longer range models keep troughiness over the west through the 14 day period, just need the jet to sag a bit further south...
I'll be in your neck of the woods visiting my folks mid-month. Since my wife is with me and she's skiing, its guaranteed to snow.
bluebird and 25 today, perfect conditions really. Mon and Tuesday highs look above freezing for the first time in long time. Wed/Thurs looks like a fast storm.

81mph winds reported here in Boulder. My whole apt complex is shaking.
I am in Golden and it is crazy windy...the good news is the weather report said it should stay in the foothills and plainsnand they are not calling for high winds above 9K
Holy crazy warm batman! 40 degrees in Edwards today....wow.
ROLL TIDE ROLL
Pretty windy at Loveland today. I've seen worse but the ridge looked like a shitstorm.
I wish we would get some more snow...the San Juans got hit hard and the front range got nothing...it has been like one inch of fresh every day for the last two weeks (or at least it seems).
How will these warm temps effect our highly unstable snow pack in the front range?
Holy summertime batman! Sunny and 40 again today. This should help to settle the pack a bit. Storm for tomorrow looks like 4-6 maybe for the north and a bunch of nothing for everyone else. This weekend looks more active, but the SWerly winds will have their usual outcome for Eagle County. Active pattern for most of the week however and cooler more seasonable temps for the weekend.

Good to see you staying on top of things, Matt.![]()
nothing else to do.

4-6 inches... i knew it wasnt going to happen.
Mon-Wed next best shot at measurable snow that matters....at least for Eagle County
