SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY...A MAJOR WINTER STORM WILL IMPACT
EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO. HEAVY SNOW IS LIKELY IN THE
MOUNTAINS WITH NEW ACCUMULATIONS MEASURED IN FEET ACROSS SOME OF THE
MOUNTAINS BY WEDNESDAY. IN ADDITION...SIGNIFICANT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
WILL BE POSSIBLE IN SOME VALLEYS. TRAVEL INTO THE HIGH COUNTRY WILL
BE HAZARDOUS...WITH WHITEOUT CONDITIONS OVER THE MOUNTAIN PASSES AND
VERY COLD TEMPERATURES. TRAVELERS MAY ENCOUNTER ICY AND SNOWPACKED
ROADS AT TIMES EVEN IN THE VALLEYS OF EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN
COLORADO.
I would expect to see snowy, windy, cold weather perhaps all of next week. Fingers Crossed. Have Fun at Eiseman.....JEALOUS

SUNDAY. SNOW WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS SATURDAY AFTERNOON
AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT...AND THEN INTENSIFY DURING THE
EVENING AS THE FRONT PASSES OVER THE AREA. SNOW WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH SUNDAY WITH OVER A FOOT OF NEW SNOW POSSIBLE BY EARLY
SUNDAY EVENING. IN ADDITION TO THE HEAVY SNOW...STRONG AND GUSTY
SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP AHEAD OF THE FRONT AND MAY PRODUCE

Saturday Night...Areas of blowing snow in the evening. Snow. Snow accumulation 8 to 14 inches. Lows 5 to 15. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 45 mph decreasing to 30 mph after midnight.
Sunday...Snow in the morning...then snow likely in the afternoon. Snow accumulation 4 to 7 inches. Highs 15 to 25. West winds 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
