Three Bears open today with rope drops! Go there! Ski it in, do your worst!

I thought I saw you like 4 chairs ahead of me. I was smoked by noon - today did not suck - at all.

Could be! I took my time getting out since my goal was getting the opening. It was still pretty good on lap 4.

Yes Lillie G and crp were closed. I skied by three bears 1ish and it was closed with just a couple patrol tracks on the runs looked like. Didn’t hang around to see if it opened.

rode copper today, caught openings to cache glade and a bit out on west ridge for a lap. no tucker running.

amazing what a weekend crowd can do to spaulding and union peak. just traverse tracks the entire way across and down. skied like shit. used to happen to copper bowl quite badly until patrol ran some extra very necessary rope lines down the length of the bowl. groomers starting to firm a little but the alpine bumps are ripping.

You made me miss Breck for a minute. Skied/worked so many days there.

Nice update, ty. Nobody told them about the rule for staying on the high t.

I hope to check out 3 bears or some other fun steeps, but also looking forward to skiing some bumps this week. We'll see where the wind blows me.

CB yesterday was hammered by MLK I guess. But I'm a powder snob. Best snow was the Twister zone.

This is one of the cloudiest winters so far that I can remember in the last however many years. Even during the dry spells we had before the big storm, there wasn't a lot of fully bluebird days.

I feel like I remember in 15/16 there being a cloudy and benign february after a real snowy january. like didn't see the sun, idk why that one seems to stick out to me and I could even be wrong on that. There have been some real blah days between storms this season but at least it isn't cooking the snow just yet? I will say I was in a real good mood when I got to the basin yesterday and the sun was out. The sun didn't last but at least the light didn't go totally flat and the skiing was real nice with a little fresh from the night before. alleys were so fun.

The drone and the CAIC one were hilarious. They should incorporate the avi poodle.

I finally got away from my desk for some laps, the light was flat and I felt kinda dreary. Conditions were good though.

Conditions were surprisingly good and soft at LL today. Absolutely empty mountain made it even better. Soft and chalky under the grey sky.

Mary Jane trees are skiing so well right now. So much untouched everywhere from the last week or so and a few inches overnight. Chutes are open as well.

Yeah, I got out yesterday. Excepting the Cirque, we are open wall to wall. I thought the skiing was excellent. There is something to what Danno said about the bumps being better. The HiLo is fixed which helps navigate the Jane when busy. And 2 slices and a beer at Peps is still $11.
