Cant really comment on the coastal snow...
Cant really comment on the coastal snow conditions but I know the lift ticket prices and lift lines suck at whistler. I recommend revy or red, the forecast seems to be the same for both red and revy

If you have a sled, little white can be a short tour, otherwise it would be a long walk on the flats depending on which roads are plowed
The best option is probably south around apex or baldy -
