Must have 2 years experience in the online ad sales.
We are looking for a person to sell online advertising, online sponsorships, monthly e-newsletters, as well as other related online products and services.

- 2 years successful online advertising sales experience.
- Prior sales experience to action sports industry with online advertising.
- Extensive sales and client network, including both corporate and endemic (action sports).
- Vast knowledge of the online space.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
- Experience with web-based application and contact management tools a plus.
- Enthusiastic, aggressive, a self-starter, confident, professional, and a creative problem-solver.
- Effective communicator, highly self motivated, creative and focused decision maker.
- Ability to negotiate contracts.

New Media Intern - Summer 2010
We are looking to fill this position by the end of the month
Must have a strong interest in Web Design, Online Media, Social Media, and Social Networking
Skills should include:
- Understanding of Photoshop, Final Cut, Online Applications, Illustrator.
- Basic editing, desire to learn, writing, working with blogs, videos and photos.
- Understanding of the web and designing for the web.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.

Production Internship: Winter / Summer
Status: Unpaid
Skills/Job Requirements:
Proficiency with Final Cut Pro a plus.
A good understanding of the boardsports culture (especially skiing) a must.
Desire to learn about the inner workings of the production industry.
Discipline to follow a project from start to finish.
Hours: 30 per/week minimum
Housing: Not provided
Duration: 6 months or 1 school semester
Winter Intership Requirements:
Expert Skier
An interest in shooting and pre-production a plus.
Level 1 Avalanche Certification.
Hauling equipment into the backcountry.
Must provide your own Health Insurance.
