How many 38-year-olds do you know that can stomp a switch 1080 and grease a blind-2 out on a long S-rail? And/or hike steep backcountry lines before hitting several large airs on the way down? There are probably a few floating around, but not too many. Or maybe we're underestimating the world's 38-year-old population, and there are hundreds of nearly-40 senders. Candide is 37, but he mostly skis with younger folks, at least as far as we can tell.

The 38-year-old inspiring these questions, Bernie Rosow, has self-admittedly been living the ski bum's dream for nearly two decades, and doesn't seem to be slowing down in the slightest. His 2019 season edit (included in the above video) is unreal, and his Instagram is chock-full of evidence that he's still getting after it daily.
