SRAM Updates Eagle Drivetrain With New Colors and 52-Tooth Cassette

It seems that this year, SRAM and Rockshox are all about incremental upgrades to their bike components. Instead of completely reinventing the wheel, they decided to refine and update their already amazing Eagle 12-Speed drivetrain. The big news is the new 10-52 tooth cassette, giving the drivetrain an unprecedented 520 percent gear range, available across the GX, XO1, and XX1 ranges. In other words, you have no more excuses about not getting up that climb. The new cassette is designed to be used with their updated GX, XO1, and XX1 derailleurs.

Alongside the new derailleur and cassette, SRAM released a new line of carbon cranks, including a carbon option on the budget-friendly GX line which could be an attractive option for everyday riders looking to drop some weight from their bikes.
