One of our favorite parts of Return to Earth, Anthill Films' 2019 mountain bike film, is the South American backcountry segment in which riders venture deep into the mountains around Bariloche, Argentina. Instead of focusing on building jumps and berms, the Anthill crew had to contend with the logistics of running a film shoot deep in the backcountry.

To help coordinate the production, Anthill tapped Martin "Cepi" Raffo, a legendary Argentinian biker largely responsible for keeping the sport alive in his country. Cepi is also a search and rescue doctor, which makes him nearly the perfect person to facilitate a remote backcountry MTB shoot.
