In an interview with the Jackson Hole News and Guide, GTNP's project management chief Rusty Mizelle said that he expects the bulk of the project to be completed during 2020, starting with Flagg Ranch and the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway—currently a cellular dead-zone.

While the park isn't requiring that the towers be disguised as trees, Mizelle said that portions of the towers may be painted to blend in with their surroundings.
