Full Video: X Games’ First Ever Knuckle Huck Was Absurd

Traditionally, the X Games are the absolute epitome of spin to win, rewarding skiers who can do what are in essence aerials tricks with a grab or two. However, a new event, the Knuckle Huck, is changing all that. The inaugural Knuckle Huck, held last night in Aspen, featured some of the most stylish tricks ever thrown at the X Games.

Considering that it's the X Games, it should be no surprise that the judges ultimately rewarded the athlete throwing the biggest spins, but they also ranked Henrik's switch nose-butter frontflip highly, which goes to show that they're not entirely immune to style. We're excited to see how the event evolves over time, especially in light of how much buzz it generated in the ski community.
