Marker Kingpin 15/16 Preview - SIA 2015

Geoff Curtis from Marker/Volkl gives TGR the lowdown on the brand-new Kingpin binding–a pin-based touring binding that replaces the traditional pin-based heel of a tech binding with a modified alpine DIN heel, providing a big increase in power transfer to the ski compared to normal tech bindings. 

Unfortunately, some early models of the binding have been showing issues, specifically with the toe pins, but we hope the larger production run for next season fixes this.
