TR - North Face of Shuksan, 2009.02.07

    bcbudz and slogdawg:
even if this winter stays strictly suck, we can still rip teh shuk!

take note of stuff to do over there with access from bc (don't have to leave yer bcbudz!)

it's cold here in shuksan's shadow!

slogdawg steppin' for the north shoulder

    ahhhhhh, SUNSHINE

    slogdawg is ready

    slogdawg skis some warmup pow.

    first it was scary icy.

    then we found the stash.

    ...slogdawg...

    cruxin

but the crux led to the goods

    slogdawg, lovin' life.

    so much steep windbuff

steep windbuff next to glacier ice

when the snow's good, flat light doesn't matter.

until the next episode of "things to do when it won't snow"

    PEACE OUT

Excellent TR. Some of those photos really captured the scale of the ascent/descent.
"Have you ever seen a monk get wildly fucked by a bunch of teenage girls?" "No" "Then forget the monastery."

"You ever hear of a little show called branded? Arthur Digby Sellers wrote 156 episodes. Not exactly a lightweight." Walter Sobcheck.

"I didn't have a grandfather on the board of some fancy college. Key word being was. Did he touch the Filipino exchange student? Did he not touch the Filipino exchange student? I don't know Brooke, I wasn't there."
