The competition turned pretty rowdy, with several riders going down hard. According to an update on the FWT facebook page this morning, skiers Bene Mayr and Ivan Malakhov were released from the hospital and are recovering at home, Jeremie Heitz has a knee injury, Mark Mikos broke an ankle, and Dennis Risvoll has a broken hand and fractured vertebrae and will require a lengthy hospital stay. Healing vibes to all the competitors!
