Yann Rausis is the Phantom Shredder Haunting Verbier’s Peaks

Verbier's ski season ended in mid-March due to coronavirus, completely emptying the slopes just as spring sprang. With strict social distancing measures in place, no one has been taking advantage of the region's legendary late-season steep skiing. That includes Verbier local Yann Rausis, but he's still dreaming of long spring days in the mountains.

His new edit A quiet day out seems like one of those dreams, in which he alone is given the keys to the mountain. Though filmed in 2018, the ghostly Verbier portrayed in this edit is eerily similar to what the majority of the world's ski resorts look like at the moment.
