Last season while filming for Salomon Freeski TV Season 7 Salomon asked their athletes if they could drop anything and chase a storm to Japan on only 24 hours notice. Last year Salomon skier Josh Daiek blow it and missed that call, but was sure to send it once he got to call to go to Chamonix at a moments notice this season.

This season Daiek, Stan Rey, and Tristan Knoertzer followed chased a storm all the way to Chamonix for some of the most ideal conditions the crew has ever seen. After the storm passed the skiers had a few days to ski blower powder amidst big blue Chamonix skies...sounds alright.
