Crankworx Whistler is Back, and It’s Still The Biggest Party in MTB

Crankworx Whistler is known as one of the biggest mountain bike events in the world, the one that started it all. Riders from all over go to push the sport and themselves and connect with fellow two-wheeled enthusiasts. The events at Crankworx include some of the most talked about races in mountain biking, like the 7th stop of this year's Enduro World Series, the CLIF Dual Speed and Style, multiple DH races, the Whip Off World Championships, and the always-exciting Red Bull Joyride.

We are only halfway through the 10-day event, and yes, a lot has happened. The burly 7th EWS stop came to a close with local ripper Jesse Melamed beating out all the big names in men's, and stalwart Cecile Ravanel claiming winning the women's race.

The CLIF Dual Speed and Style event ended with Adrien Loron claiming victory. For those still wondering what flavor of madness Dual Speed and Style is, think of it as a head-to-head race down a mini-slopestyle course.
