For the best racers in the world, that downtime is filled everything from strength training in the gym, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. Oh and of course, it’s still about riding bikes every chance they get.

Go inside the life of Tahnee Seagrave, who at 22 has already won the Junior World Champs, and is now a serious contender for the 2018 World Cup Title. For her, the off-season is a chance to try new things, like riding her bike in skatepark, making new friends, and eating chocolate every day. The biggest thing she learns is that while riding bikes may be her job, it’s exactly what she wants to be doing.
